About Doug Wetton Properties
A property management company that has been caring for residents and their homes since 1999.
Our Approach
We work to give every resident a good experience.
We manage 40 communities in California and Arizona, from small garden-style apartments to large student communities near the University of California, Riverside and the University of Arizona.
Our in-house teams handle leasing, maintenance and resident service. Each community has its own property manager, and you can reach them directly from that community's page. Residents can pay rent online and send maintenance requests at any hour.
