Accessibility Statement

Doug Wetton Properties is working to make this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnifiers, voice control or other assistive technology. We built it to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, and tested it with automated checkers and keyboard navigation.

What We Have Done

• Pages are built with real headings, lists, links, buttons and landmarks, with a "Skip to main content" link at the top.
• The site is designed to work with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline.
• Photos have text descriptions, and the community map has the same communities listed as text.
• Text can be enlarged to 200 percent, the slideshow can be paused, and motion is reduced if your device asks for that.
• Forms have clear labels and error messages.

Known Limits

Some content comes from other providers and may not meet the same standard, including the availability lists and applications from AppFolio, the resident portal, and the individual property websites we link to. If you cannot use one of them, contact us and we will help you directly.
